To ensure a positive, educational, and safe environment for all members, please follow these rules:

1. Be Respectful & Constructive

  • No personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech of any kind.

  • Debate ideas, not people. Disagreement is fine; disrespect is not.

  • Help each other grow. We're all here to learn, regardless of experience level.

2. Legal Safety & Compliance

  • This is a cultivation discussion forum only. We do not facilitate any illegal transactions.

  • No sourcing or selling of cannabis, seeds, or any controlled substances.

  • No sharing of contact information for illegal purchases.

  • Discuss laws respectfully. Country-specific legal discussions are welcome in the European Hub, but:

    • Disclaimer: All legal information is for discussion only. Not legal advice. Consult local authorities for legal guidance.

3. Content Guidelines

  • Post in the correct forum. Take a moment to find the right section.

  • Use clear, descriptive titles for your threads.

  • Search before posting to avoid duplicate topics.

  • No spam, advertising, or self-promotion without prior admin approval.

  • Keep it cannabis-related in cultivation forums. Off-topic chat goes to the Social Lounge.

4. Media & Privacy

  • You must own or have rights to any images/videos you post.

  • No faces, identifying tattoos, or location-revealing backgrounds in grow photos.

  • Blur or remove metadata from images if privacy is a concern.

  • Respect others' privacy. Do not share personal information (yours or others).

5. Plant Problem Diagnostics

  • When asking for help: Post clear, well-lit photos of the entire plant and affected leaves.

  • Include grow details: medium, pH, nutrients, lights, temperature, humidity.

  • Use the "Solved" feature in the Plant Health section when your issue is resolved.

6. Commercial Content & Affiliates

  • Vendors/breeders must identify themselves and may not spam.

  • Honest reviews are welcome; shilling is not.

  • Affiliate links must be disclosed with a clear disclaimer.

7. Enforcement

  • First violation: Warning and possible post removal.

  • Repeat violations: Temporary suspension.

  • Severe violations (illegal activity, harassment): Permanent ban.

By participating in GrowSync, you agree to these rules. Moderators and administrators have final discretion in interpretation and enforcement.
